Pear and Grilled Chicken salad


Salad:
4 C mixed greens
2 Bartlett pears, cored and thinly sliced
2 chicken breasts, grilled and cut into 1/2 inch strips
1/4 C. crumbled feta cheese
1/4 C. dried cranberries (or pomegranate seeds)
1/4 C. pecan pieces

Dressing:
zest and juice of one orange
1/4 C white wine vinegar
1/2 C vegetable oil
1 TB sugar
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
