Easy Microwave Carmels

1/2 C brown sugar
1/2 C white sugar
1/2 C sweetened condensed milk
1/2 C karo syrup
1/2 C butter, softened

Mix in an 8x8 inch glass dish.  Microwave 3 minutes and stir.  Microwave an additional 3-5 minutes and check for soft ball.  Cook an additional minute if needed.  Let cool completely.  Cut into squares and wrap in wax paper.

These are so easy and really yummy. Not too chewy either. I have even added mini choc chips at the end when caramel is hot to make it chocolate caramels.
