Mexi-style bean dip

1 can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
1 med. tomato, seeded
2 T lime juice
2 large garlic cloves
2 scallions
1/4 C cilantro
1/4 jalapeno pepper
salt and pepper

Puree all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.

Serve dip with chips, or veggies.

This dip isn't for everyone. I like it because it is healthy. I put sour cream on top, so it looks better.
