Murie's South of the Boarder Salsa

1 handful cilantro
1/4 medium onion
2 cloves garlic
3 banana peppers or 1/4 c. jalapeno peppers
1/8 tsp. sugar
1-2 T. vinegar
1 28 oz. can whole tomatoes with liquid

Combine all ingredients, except tomatoes, including liquid in blender. After blended, add tomatoes and blend to desired consistency. Serve with chips.
