Teriyaki Chicken

3 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. corn oil
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. garlic salt/powder
1/8 tsp. Black pepper
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Marinate 2 hours. Grill. Serve with rice and steamed veggies. Double marinade recipe and reserve half to drizzle over rice.

Great everyday recipe. I just used vegetable oil.
